Caroline Nieto.Strategic Advisory
Strategic Advisory for Leadership

A confidential space, entered by invitation only

For founders, C-levels, and the leaders who carry decisions no one else in the room can carry with them. A weekly one-hour session, three months at a time, for the situation that does not have a ready-made answer.

Not a coaching program with a fixed manual. Someone who has sat on both sides of the decision, the one giving it and the one executing it.

01 · What this is

This is not therapy. This is not coaching with a manual. This is not a space where you get told what to feel or what framework to apply next.

It is a place to think out loud, without filter and without judgment, with someone who has sat at both desks — the one that makes the call, and the one that has to execute a call it never got to shape. I am not here to tell you what to feel. I am here to help you process what you are already carrying, so the next decision comes from clarity instead of exhaustion.

Known answers

What most coaching & consulting solves

Problems with a known answer. Fixable with existing expertise, a process, or a framework someone else already built.

Adaptive challenges

What this space is for

Problems with no answer yet. You have to think your way to it, often changing how you see the situation, not just what you do about it.

02 · Who this is for

Not only for people with Chief or Founder in their title. If you carry a decision alone, with real authority but no real peer to pressure-test it with, this applies to you.

01

Avoiding a hard conversation with a co-founder or board member for months

02

Postponing letting a key person go, even knowing it is necessary

03

Under board or investor pressure toward a direction that does not feel right

04

Carrying a pivot, a shutdown, or a restructure no one else can know about yet

05

Preparing for a hard negotiation and rehearsing it alone

06

Sitting between a founder's vision and an execution team's reality, translating both ways, alone

07

Managing up to a CEO who does not want the details, while managing down to a team that wants all of them

08

Walking into a reorg you did not design, and defending it to a team that did not either

09

Second-guessing a hire or a firing long after it is already done

10

No longer able to tell exhaustion apart from ambition

03 · Perspective

I have sat in both chairs. The one that makes the decision, and the one that has to execute it without having been in the room where it was made.

Fourteen years leading product in highly regulated markets, teams of up to 180 people across three continents, in four languages. Alongside that field experience, formal training in project leadership and in intercultural conflict management — the kind of academic grounding that most operators in this space never had to build.

What that combination taught me is not in any single manual: most hard decisions do not fail from lack of strategy. They fail because the person making them was alone at the exact moment they needed to think out loud.

04 · Experience
01

The rhythm adapts to you

A three-month container is typical, the pace is shaped around your schedule, your intensity, and what you actually need.

02

Direct access when it cannot wait

A message before a hard conversation, not after. Immediate support.

03

Total confidentiality

Nothing said in the room leaves it. No reports, no notes shared, no third-party follow-up.

04

Cohort 1 · 4 of 8 spaces open

A small number of founders and leaders at a time, so the pace and the attention stay real. This is the first cohort of Strategic Advisory as its own practice — the conversations behind it are not new, I have been having them, informally, for years, before this had a name or a page.

280 / session
One hour, once a week, three-month retainer

This is the founding rate, for the first group of people who trust this space before there is a public track record. It will rise for future cohorts. Not sold as single sessions — the shift you are looking for is not built in one conversation, it is built in continuity.

06 · Begin

Leave your name and email. You will hear back personally, within two working days.

Total confidentiality from the first message No commitment beyond the first session

Your details go nowhere else. Ever. No lists, no automation, no follow-up sequence.
